AMENDMENT TO STRATEGIC AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, GENERAL DYNAMICS C4 SYSTEMS, INC (formerly General Dynamics Government Systems Corporation) (hereinafter referred to as “GDC4S” ) and MEDIS TECHNOLOGIES, LTD.
