Dear Hugh,
This letter shall serve as Amendment 1 to the Lease Agreement
dated October 26, 2001, as amended and assigned, by and
between ChromaDex Analytics, Inc. as Tenant and Railhead Partners
LLC, as Landlord.
The above parties agree to amend the original lease as
follows:

In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Amendment
1, or any other Amendments or Addendums, and the Lease agreement,
then the provisions of this Amendment 1 shall prevail. |
