DUE 2016, WHICH HAVE BEEN REGISTERED UNDER THE SECURITIES ACT OF 1933, AS AMENDED,
FOR ANY AND ALL OF ITS OUTSTANDING UNREGISTERED 9 ⁷ / 8 % SENIOR CASH-PAY NOTES DUE 2015

ITS OUTSTANDING UNREGISTERED 10 ¹¹ / 20 % SENIOR PIK NOTES DUE 2015

        This form, or one substantially equivalent hereto, must be used to accept each Exchange Offer made by First Data Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), and the Guarantors, pursuant to the Prospectus, dated                        , 2009 (the "Prospectus"), and the enclosed Letter of Transmittal (the "Letter of Transmittal"), if the certificates for the Outstanding Notes are not immediately available or if the procedure for book-entry transfer cannot be completed on a timely basis or time will not permit all required documents to reach the Exchange Agent prior to 11:59 P.M., New York City time, on the Expiration Date of such Exchange Offer. Such form may be delivered or transmitted by facsimile transmission, mail or hand delivery to Wells Fargo Bank, National Association (the "Exchange Agent") as set forth below. In addition, in order to utilize the guaranteed delivery procedure to tender the Outstanding Notes pursuant to the Exchange Offers, a completed, signed and dated Letter of Transmittal (or facsimile thereof) must also be received by the Exchange Agent prior to 11:59 P.M., New York City time, on the Expiration Date of the applicable Exchange Offer. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings ascribed to them in the Letter of Transmittal.

         DELIVERY OF THIS NOTICE OF GUARANTEED DELIVERY TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH ABOVE OR TRANSMISSION VIA FACSIMILE TO A NUMBER OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH ABOVE WILL NOT CONSTITUTE A VALID DELIVERY.

        This Notice of Guaranteed Delivery is not to be used to guarantee signatures. If a signature on a Letter of Transmittal is required to be guaranteed by an Eligible Guarantor Institution (as defined in the Prospectus), such signature guarantee must appear in the applicable space in Box 8 provided on the Letter of Transmittal for Guarantee of Signatures.

        Upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Prospectus and the accompanying Letter of Transmittal, the undersigned hereby tenders to the Company the principal amount of Outstanding Notes indicated below, pursuant to the guaranteed delivery procedures described in "The Exchange Offers—Guaranteed Delivery Procedures" section of the Prospectus.
