Extension Agreements

An extension contract is an agreement to extend the due date of the completion of an agreement such as a loan. It can be used to allow extra time to make a payment, finish an assignment or project, or file a legal document. The agreement is an understanding between both parties regarding existing contract terms. The contract will describe the agreement, list the date of transactions as well as the extension date.
