Amendment to the
Employment Agreement
WHEREAS,
Panavision Inc. (the ‘‘Company’’) entered into an
employment agreement (the ‘‘Employment Agreement’’)
with Robert L. Beitcher, dated April 1, 2003.
WHEREAS, the
Company and Robert L. Beitcher now desire to amend the Employment Agreement on
the terms and conditions described herein (the
‘‘Amendment’’);
NOW, THEREFORE,
the Company and the Executive hereby agree to amend the Employment Agreement,
effective January 1, 2006, as follows:
