This employment agreement (this
"Agreement") confirms the understanding between Shuaiyi New Energy
Development Co., Ltd, a P.R.C. corporation ("Party A"), and Mr.
Hongbing Hua ("Party B") pursuant to which Party A has hired Party
B to render selling and marketing services to Party A in connection
with the sale of Eastern Magical Grass – cereal beverage, on
the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein. Mr.
Hongbing Hua is hereby appointed as the Chief Marketing
Officer.
Party B agrees to render selling
and marketing services to Party A in connection with the sale of
Eastern Magical Grass – cereal beverage during the term of
this Agreement.
