requires release of applicable retainage upon Substantial
Completion of Work with consent of surety, if any.)
.2 Add, if final
completion of the Work is thereafter materially

Subparagraph 2.3.1.
2.4.1
Delete the first two sentences of Subparagraph 2.4.1, and
substitute the following in lieu
thereof:
"If the Contractor defaults or neglects to carry out the Work
in
accordance with the Contact Documents and fails within a
seven-day-period after receipt of written notice from the Owner
to
commence and continue correction of such default or neglect
with
diligence and promptness, the Owner may, without prejudice to
other
remedies the Owner may have, commence and continue to carry out
the
Work."
ARTICLE 3"
3.2.1 Add
the following language at the end of Subparagraph 3.2.1:
"If the Contractor performs any construction activity knowing
it
involves a recognized error, inconsistency or omission in the
Contract

the
Contractor shall assume appropriate responsibility for such
performance
and shall bear an appropriate amount of the attributable costs
