ASSIGNMENT AND ASSUMPTION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that McAleer Computer Associates, Inc., an Alabama corporation (the “Assignor”), for and in consideration of the sums set forth in that certain Asset Purchase Agreement by and among Assignor, Assignee and William J.
